The entire process was great. I was informed of every step of where my loan was on a weekly basis. My questions were answered promptly and my loan processor was a pleasure to work with.

My experience with PennyMac Loan Services during the process of my refinancing my mortgage was great. The process was easy and the communication during the process was exceptional. My closing took less time than I was originally quoted. I highly recommend PennyMac Loan Services.
I think it kinda took longer than expected. I was getting worried of running out of time.
Process was fairly straightforward. Customer service was good considering many employees working remotely. There was a 3 hour time difference between my location and PennyMac Hq. That meant l received emails in the PM. Oh well.
