Dealing with the professionals at PennyMac was a good experience, however, trying to set up payments online is being extremely difficult. I have a login but the website is not recognizing it. It is frustrating.

I received 3 different closing amounts within 4-5 days. It went from receiving $700 to paying $2600 to close. One of the reasons because they forgot to factor in insurance. It made it hard to budget and plan. Also, after giving me my final closing amount Erica said she would send me the information of who i made the cashier's check out to. I waited four days to receive that information then it turned out to be the wrong company which delayed the process by a few more days.

Every single person i came in contact with that had anything to do with my loan showed consistent and punctual timing and accuracy. I would recommend Penny Mac all day long.
