Everything told to me about the loan actually happened in a timely fashion
The majority of my refinance was simplistic and not complicated. I don't really have a complaint there on front end. My complaint is the Closing Disclosure I received on 4/25/20 didn't have money out of pocket for me to bring to closing. When I closed on 4/30/20 the Closing Disclosure was a different document and had over $400 in closing that I owed. I had never seen that document or heard from my processor that there was a change in my document from 4/25.
