Quick, simple, and painless!
1. The initial adjuster (Julie/Julia) advised my that since I was doing a VA Refinance that there will be a soft inquiry into my credit. That was a lie. There was a Hard Inquiry into my credit. 2. Had to reschedule my wife signing at closing on 4/20 to 4/23 due to some errors between PennyMac and the Title Company. Was not happy with that. 3. Was told that the closing cost would be waived. That was a lie. 4. Hard to get a hold of the loan officer (Deborah) at times for follow up.

Jason Stevens and Brian Mitchell were very professional during my financing process. They kept me informed of my application process every week and sometimes a couple times a week to make sure the application was moving forward. Brian Mitchell was very polite and responded very quickly with any questions I may have had. They were two great guys to work with. Highly recommended 👍
This was the simplest no hassle loan process I have ever experienced in over 40 years of buying homes or refinancing. George Reid was very helpful, prompt and informative making every step of the process very easy. This is a no Brainer, refinance with PennyMac and ask for George. Reid.
Great process overall - could not get a response a couple times from Bryan regarding some specific questions we had, but everything came together.
