Good frequent communication and weekly status updates.
Numerous requests for correct revised closing documents were delayed and final documents received on closing date were still diferent than the ones I had received just the day before. Tried to get documents corrected the week before closing and encountered many unreturned phone calls and e-mails. Spoke with several other reps as the assigned co-ordinator was never available to speak with me when I called her. Many calls to the toll free number had wait times of over 15 mins to get a rep.
Company has been good. Refinancing was easy and haven’t had a bad experience yet.
process took way too long.... and in the end I didnt feel like enough information was given. I think the mortgage has now been closed, but I have no information on next steps or what is required of me.
PennyMac made this a smooth process. There was a little confusion on exact tests that needed to be done to support a VA loan but the PennyMac team helped me get through that. Thank you all.
