PENNYMAC has the worst customer service when it comes to contacting their insurance center. Despite receiving information on policy changes, PENNYMAC took no action on processing changes and payments until I called to inquire. This is the second time in less than a year that I have experienced issues with the insurance center. The entire team made getting our loan very easy. I was keep up to date on where we were in the process and everyone was more than willing to help out where needed. I will definitely be using Pennymac again if needed.

Didn't know anything about PennyMac until my Lennar mortgage was sold to PM. Found them to be easy to communicate with and offered competitive terms & rates. PM made the application and closing very seamless. Would definitely use PM again.
