It is ridiculous that it takes 20 minute to get ahold of a real person. The automated voice program is terrible. Pennymac, do better. After speaking with a customer service rep, I was told to call a different number and the promptly hung up on. I do not recommend Pennymac to anyone if they can avoid it.
