Lisa-Danielle Lane was an exceptional person to work with. My loan was delayed not due to anything on her end but due to the high volume of applications. Every time I called, she returned my call. Every question was answered, and she was my biggest cheerleader to get me to the finish line with closing out my refinance. She was professional, prompt, and informative. It was a joy to work with her through this process.
Overall my experience was good. Only complaint was In the middle of the process being asked for the same information several times even after giving the information asked. Closing took longer than Expected but other than that my overall experience was good.
The process was amazing when I started with Ade Dosunmu my loan originator. She helped me lock in a great rate and is the only reason I actually closed. Loan department was trying to make me pre-pay city tax when I had already paid it and provided proof. They were not including a credit which Ade said I was getting. On the night before closing, a new final loan disclosure was distributed and not sent to me after I had already signed and got a cashiers check from the original.
Everything went smooth. It was a great experience. Easiest closing we have ever done.
Vonne was amazing. She and Dianna Rogel worked in our favor very well. Tuff to do from home. These ladies were aces to us!

I didnt feel like I was getting the information I asked for. It took 4 emails to get my question answered, which ended up delaying our closing. Received emails stating to call immediately and then no answer at the number given. Had the communication been clear and honest itd be a great experience, but that wasn't the case and ending up being a bit frustrating in the end. Overall ok, not great like the other times im used pennymac.
Once Ashley took over as my processor she and the team did a great job.
It was smooth sailing from the beginning. Tameka was knowledgeable and professional. I spoke with others during the process as they clarified some things and kept the process moving along.
