Everyone I worked with at PennyMac was very quick and responsive to my many questions throughout the process. They updated me every step of the way to make sure that my closing was as efficient as possible.

corporate communications were slow and phone service bad. However once I connected with Charise in my state all was good.

The experience with PennyMac was great. I had some trouble with getting a notary out and she/he missed several appointments and this made the experience a little upsetting but I understand this was not PennyMac’s doing. Other than that every question I had was answered and help was always there.
Have your system be able to differentiate between two loan applications.
