The whole loan process was great. Tank you MAC Team.
There was an issue with the closing documents showing my wife's maiden name that I would have preferred to have fully resolved prior to closing. Communication from my loan processor could have been better. Was promised several follow ups that did not take place. Overall great company though. I've been a customer for years and have had several good experiences.
This was a wonderful experience
The overall refinance process took way too long and it was overly complicated with the amount of information needed even though PennyMac has held our mortgage for almost a year before we refinanced. Several emails I sent went unanswered. We had to schedule our closing three times, which is unacceptable. The first two times we were simply blow off, no call, no show. No apology or acknowledgment for wasting our time. We were almost at the point of looking at other lenders for refinancing. Just ok.
Very respomsive wit with clear communication and quick follow up.
Jordan was very pleasant to work with, got right back to me when I had a question. In these remote times it's tough sometimes but he was always right on top of it. Thank you
Everyone has been so helpful in this process. The team has been communicative, insightful, and patient. The knowledge of each team member is remarkable; I had some very difficult questions being in finance myself, but all of my questions were thoroughly and clearly answered.
Great customer service, returned calls same day if not next day, process was easy to follow and understand, knowledgeable staff and refi was quick.
I wasn't given a phone call to tell me the loan had funded and money was wired.
