Jesse was awesome, I had questions all the time. There at the end of the process I got a little frustrated with the closing team but it ended out they worked very hard and got the issues resolved for us to close the day we had said. It was a scary thought for us because we sold our home and closed on it and we got it closed and had to be out in a time frame. And PennyMac made sure we got to close that same day. Thanks for everything

The process of the refinance was fairly stress free. My greatest qualm was that I did not have someone I could call directly to ask questions. The lack of communication was astounding and wish things were communicated in a timely fashion. The documents provided to my wife and I stated dates that were not adhered too.
