PennyMac Loan Services, LLC provided me with a great rate for my mortgage for a 20 year period of time. The staff really know how to provide customers with friendly advice and superior service.
I felt like the process took an incredibly long time. Started July 25 and was supposed to close around Sept 9. Lock rate had to be extended 3 weeks and finally closed October 10th. I appreciated the loan agents help but felt I was always having to track her down for updates and she never had any additional information for me. The lack of timeliness and failure to keep me informed are reasons I would not recommend PennyMac. My closing was also poorly handled. Overall a disappointing experience.
My experience with PennyMac during refinancing was excellent.
Jordan was very pleasant to work with, got right back to me when I had a question. In these remote times it's tough sometimes but he was always right on top of it. Thank you
