Underwriters requested the same documents a number of times. In one case they they requested an update to a document I'd sent before. When I sent it, I inadvertently cut off the address of the rental property at the top, but the account number, which was on a previous document I'd sent for that rental property was clearly visible.

My loan took almost 4 months to close. I had to call several times to get updates. I was so frustrated with the process. The only thing I helped was Robert. He was very patient and very professional in answering my questions. In the future Penny MAC should have an automatic process to check for Status updates.

You guys changed our loan processor three different times without communicating with us. Tried to get a hold of someone numerous times without any luck. Had to talk with tech support to get a hold of anyone. Has taken 3 months to close on our loan
