The refinance process sure was easy, and pennyMac offered the best rate. We were happy to keep our loan with PMAC.
Xavier Johnson Was very helpful in the whole process unfortunately my loan officer Samson Nargizyan was very unhelpful and promised call backs and never called back 5 times. Xaiver was the only helpful person I spoke to and the only reason I opted to stay with PennyMac.
Great experience. Fast closing on a refinance. Andrea, Closing Manager, Vonnye, Closing Officer and Michael, Loan Officer were awesome and accommodating starting with giving me a great interest rate which reduced my loan by over $500.00 per month, no points. Even went to bat on my behalf with my title company to find me a mobile notary. They picked up the notary fee due to the slight inconvenience and gave me direct access to them when needed day or night. Highly recommend them and Pennymac.
