Marielle Delgado was very helpful and responsive. However I refinanced with Penny mac thinking the process would be streamlined since I was a current customer with a perfect payment history. I don't think it was any simpler. And since I didn't get that benefit, I think I could have gotten better terms elsewhere. I only continued with the Penny mac loan because I already had done much of the work and didn't want to start over. I will go elsewhere in future

Make your loan originators be more specific about Debt to income ratio, before pre approval is given out. If we had known that, we would’ve did things differently. That was the only problem. Vonnye Wade with my Mac team was great. She communicated well. She deserves a raise.

PennyMacisvey lucky to have Tameka Wyatt as an employee. She cares about customers, timely addresses concerns & communicates effectively. Our only issue was that the loan sat for days/weeks waiting for "Title" to do whatever they do, and there were several emails from Danyell to that effect. only after pushing to get a answer did "Title" finally get on the stick and get is through. I don't think it was Danyell's fault, but maybe she should be more insistent on answers from Title, sooner.
