My problems were with ServiceLink. My closing documents were in 2 different names. My married name and my maiden name. My old loan was in maiden name and wanted my new loan in my married name but it seems there was not any proofreading when documents were filled out. My husband was to only be on the title yet he had to sign many other documents. At closing I filled out the paper to have the funds direct deposited and gave a voided check, yet I still received a paper check.

Make your loan originators be more specific about Debt to income ratio, before pre approval is given out. If we had known that, we would’ve did things differently. That was the only problem. Vonnye Wade with my Mac team was great. She communicated well. She deserves a raise.

I communicated a week prior that my closing disclosure was inaccurate and a fee was not applicable. This was again communicated (both via telephone and by email) the day prior to close. Despite this; the closing documents sent to the notary were incorrect. As a result, my closing was delayed by nine hours and I had to juggle my children (Ages 1 and 3) while traveling to the notary’s home to finally close at 6 o’clock at night. This was a major inconvenience and ruined a positive time.
