Our only issue was that the loan sat for days/weeks waiting for "Title" to do whatever they do, and there were several emails from Danyell to that effect. only after pushing to get a answer did "Title" finally get on the stick and get is through. I don't think it was Danyell's fault, but maybe she should be more insistent on answers from Title, sooner.
Very flexible with my schedule and very professional. Experience was easy and stress-free.
My rep Ariele did a great job for. Me The COVID work at home thing slowed things down a bit but everything moved along nicely Ariele and the Mac Team delivered as promised and I am very pleased with the transaction

Communication was lacking to me and amongst their own associates. I was the one finding mistakes and bringing it to their attention. Penny Mac was disorganized, And messed up the closing 3 different times. I would never recommend them or use them again,
