Lack of communication from Robert Gillesepe and William Long...Teresa and Kim were the only helpful representatives of the company...
Paper work not clear.
Since we already were a Pennymac customer, the process went smoothly. They were able to meet the projected closing costs from two other lenders we were considering. The refi closed within two weeks of the initial projected date. Thank you for all your help
My concerns were always understood and addressed rapidly with actions and clear explanations. I had several key appointments coming in the last two weeks of the month, and got super help weaving home appraisal and signing into a complex schedule. Of great help was that the procedure was set up for completing all document submissions electronically. Until the signing I never had to touch a piece of paper. Thanks for the great service!
This is a great experience dealing with pennymac
When I called PennyMac about refinancing options, I was so surprised that the company could help me totally on line. The assisting agent was courteous, knowledgeable, and quick to work the application process all on line. I love the well-run website and auto-pay process and would not even think of changing service providers. This is a loan-service company that I will stay with for a long time, and even future home ventures. Thank you.
I think the first person that came to my home with the closing documents was very unorganized and not helpful with the discrepancy in paperwork. We did not close the first attempt. The next young lady two days later was perfect.
In the beginning we didn't feel we were getting some communications through. Had to contact a manager because our loan contact was not responding to calls or emails. Until the signing we never really knew "in print" if our request had been taken care of.
