My concerns were always understood and addressed rapidly with actions and clear explanations. I had several key appointments coming in the last two weeks of the month, and got super help weaving home appraisal and signing into a complex schedule. Of great help was that the procedure was set up for completing all document submissions electronically. Until the signing I never had to touch a piece of paper. Thanks for the great service!

Marandar left for another position where I had to contact Teresa Henry to get an update. Teresa did an excellent job in communicating and following up on the status of my loan process. Teresa was excellent. I give Teresa a 10.
I had to send documents twice. The closing time I picked was 4pm, after I was off work. The notary that brought the closing documents informed me she was told my closing was at 9am, during my working hours. The notary called the night before the closing to inform me. The day of the closing early that morning i had to ask for time off unexpectedly so I could sign my documents.
I had a great experience with PennyMac. I stayed updated with information via email and phone calls regardless of the time of day. Even during this pandemic, everything was done with ease and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service, support, and staff.
