It was an easy process.
The original loan officer was rude in communication and sent encrypted emails. I responded by copying and pasting the email in to the regular email letting him know this was not ok. This was not Jordan Smith, as he was great and responded to our emails without any issues.
Paper work not clear.
Rob was great. Other people who joined in during the process, another Rob or Robert and James I believe, were requesting a document several times after I had already submitted following the request from Rob. I called both people back immediately and left voicemails stating that i had already provided the information and that i was now anxious over the repeat requests and worried my application was compromised. Neither returned my call leaving me uneasy about the process.
A very pleasant company to work with during a time of lots of stress. Great service and friendly staff. Recommend for anyone looking to buy a house.
The entire experience was fast and easy. uploading to secure portal saves time and money. Everyone involved was friendly, knowledgable, and timely.
I think the first person that came to my home with the closing documents was very unorganized and not helpful with the discrepancy in paperwork. We did not close the first attempt. The next young lady two days later was perfect.
