Mr. Lusk was great he stayed in constant communication with me and when issues did occur with title company he was quick to resolve them. Xavier and Karen explained everything clearly and concisely. They were pleasant to speak with and worked quickly to answer any questions I had. We closed on our refinance in record time. I love that we were able to sign our closing documents in the comfort of our own home.

I couldn't believe how straightforward and easy the whole process was.
The communicate was not good. I found myself sending many emails and making many calls to try and find out information on the refinancing application and closing process. The PennyMac application portal was absolutely terrible and repeatedly sent emails to me about missing documents. I asked many times what these were, but no one had an idea. The closing date was rescheduled three times and almost zero communicate provided to me. The title company and notary service was just as confused.
The explanation of the process was great. It was easy to contact the team with my questions
The whole process was quick, easy, and professional. I appreciated all the calls and when questions were asked they were answered within 24 hours. The closing process was quick and easy with the closing being at our house. Which is very helpful with two young children around around.
