I received a few voicemails asking for documents that I had submitted days before. Even though I had to wait a very long time for everything to take place, if I didn’t respond within a day for something, I would get voicemails kind of threatening to void my whole process if I didn’t get back to you soon. Everybody was very nice, and everything ended up being very accurate, but these are just a few things I noticed.

Mrs.R.Harris was Amazing. Kept me informed every Friday. But the Underwriter was Lousy. That was the reason I CLOSED Late. This is the second time with my own company. Never again would I use them.

The original person we dealt with was great in the beginning but when a question arose regarding upfront money we had to pay at closing he was not as cooperative. We were told we would not have to put any money down it would be put into the loan. It wasn’t and was made aware of this by the loan officer. The original guy we spoke to said he would take care of it. He didn’t. It was not the money it was not being told the truth originally. Penny Mac did make it right.
