Xavier and Karen explained everything clearly and concisely. They were pleasant to speak with and worked quickly to answer any questions I had. We closed on our refinance in record time. I love that we were able to sign our closing documents in the comfort of our own home.

The whole process was quick, easy, and professional. I appreciated all the calls and when questions were asked they were answered within 24 hours. The closing process was quick and easy with the closing being at our house. Which is very helpful with two young children around around.
Process was simple and everyone I worked with was overall very helpful. The process take longer than I expected but I realize this could be due to the current rates. Overall completely happy with the entire process.
