Josh and Tameka were very concise and professional during the entire process.
Anytime I called I felt like the primary goal was to get me off the phone, not answer my questions. Multiple calls to my loan officer were never returned. There is a lack of desire to communicate with your customers. I understand everyone is busy, but ignoring customers is never okay.
Easier if I had direct line to agent
Kristen and the whole loan team were wonderful. Everything was prompt and thorough. I highly enjoyed working with them.
Covid may have hindered process, but working harder to communicate from the start would have changed things 100%.
This process was super straight forward. I don’t recall having any surprises, and most importantly, the process didn’t waste our time in any way, which is great because we are super busy.
Every person I spoke with was knowledgeable and very helpful. I got the feeling they really did care about doing all they could to help me get the results I was looking for. Thanks again it was a pleasure working with y’all.
I was amazed at the ease of home refinancing through PennyMac. The speed of the refinancing process (as well as the interest rate) both exceeded my expectations. The personnel that I dealt with were all extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My contact at PennyMac was Danyell Gilbert and she did an excellent job of keeping me informed as to status and my next "action item". There were no surprises and everything went exactly as I was told that it would.
