Great customer service experience. The easiest mortgage refi I have ever experienced.
The process was much longer than I was told it would be. We had made plans for vacation based on what I was told so I had to push hard to get this thing processed. I began to think it wouldn’t happen before we were scheduled to leave for vacation. Doing something this big by email was a big challenge.
The closing process was painful as I kept getting emails to verify my earnings and bank statements over and over to the point that I emailed Ben asking how much more do I need to provide. Also I had to close a Heloc account so I can close earlier or else I would have had to wait 3 more weeks and that popped at the last minute. Now I received a letter saying that you folks do not pay insurance and taxes and that is my responsibility. I have had an escrow account there.
ya completed it finally........ the delay was not the fault of anyone,,, the internet was over filled causing the extreme delays..... for everyone using it...... thank you for all your hard work

Great experience! Fast and easy decisioning. Easy to get a hold of a person to ask questions. Whole process was very speedy and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a mortgage.
