What made it a great experience was the updated information on my loan request.
Faster turn around not almost 6 months, was told had a refund of 2000, when sat to close the actual refund was 243.00, lack of communication.
Kali was AMAZING!! She was very efficient with excellent communication throughout the whole process no matter how many questions I asked. She did everything she could to help move us along despite how busy Pennymac is with the popularity of the low rates. I am so happy that our refinance landed with her!
