There were a few times I couldn't get ahold of anyone to answer my questions. The time it took to close on my refinance was way longer than expected.
Expectiins were not clear. Had to include Areceli to get things done. She is the biggest asset to your company!!!
As complex as the process of mortgage loans can be, there wasn’t a time during the process when I was confused about what was next.
What made it a great experience was the updated information on my loan request.
Faster turn around not almost 6 months, was told had a refund of 2000, when sat to close the actual refund was 243.00, lack of communication.
It was a painless process from application to closing. Everyone I worked with was great and very communicative. I recommend PennyMac to anyone looking for a mortgage.
