Very happy with my experience.
Very good.
It was difficult to reach someone to discuss my loan documents. I always received a voice message. Emails were answered several days later, and the questions I had were not answered. There was quite a bit of disorganization as I was asked to upload the same document three times.
Overall good and fast experience. Would recommend.
The entire process was exceptionally detailed, we were kept informed every step of the way. Communication with Dannell was the best. We have never been more pleased with a mortgage company. We have already communicated to friends and neighbors how great PennyMac has been since we have been with them.
The loan process was quick and easy. Blen Alemu was extremely helpful and seemed like a friend who had all the answers during the loan process. I would recommend her and PennyMac as a whole to anyone looking for a mortgage or refinance. Thank you.
