Communication
My communication with Rachel Harris was excellent. However, I had a question about my old loan payoff amount that Rachel could not answer. She said that she would get back to me. She did not, but someone else from PennyMac did, but they also couldn't answer my question. This person said that they would contact my original loan officer who get back to me. This never happened and I went into our closing without a response. Not Good. Also, my email to the loan officer was never returned.
It was very clear and quick! The process was easy!
Everyone was great and friendly, unfortunately time expectations were delayed due to covid .
Penny Mrva and Xavier made this a painless process. Appreciate the fine efforts of both. Thanks again for getting this done.
