because of 19 ,, things were screwed up . people working from home , getting bad info from the team . I do understand the problems ,,, I got the $$$ so things are good . NOT A NORMAL TIME , If I was going to grade it . about an 85 . Normal would have been better . Thanks Dan
Good communication easy completion of the process.
Smooth experience, got shuffled around to a few different loan servicers throughout the process, but they all were able to quickly come up to speed on my account just by looking at notes and answered every question I had relatively simply.
Fees kept being added. The Notary came 3 times with documents needing signatures. The last one added more fees and left us short on money to do what we wanted with the refi.

Application process The beginning was great, towards the end of closing was poor, no communication of status of application, probably because of the pandemic or too much client for your staff to handle.
quicker response from emails
I got multiple emails asking for proof of my employment after that was already provided to myclosingteam by both my HR and my supervisor. It turned out, the closing agent didn't have access to emails they sent to myclosingteam because he was working from home. This happened just days before my closing date. That's unacceptable. They should have used the info I already provided weeks prior to confirm my employment and everyone responsible should be able to read emails sent to the team.
