Pennymac made the loan process very easy and fast. I always had an idea what was going on at that moment and they were very quick to answer any questions I had.
Penny Mac has been our mortgage lender for over 7 years and has provided my wife and I with excellent service. That is why we were so happy to learn that Penny Mac was willing to not only refinance our loan at a lower rate but give us a better offer than their competitors. The entire process was pretty easy. My only problem was not have a DIRECT number to get in touch with Camorrah Washington. Other than that, I had a great experience. Camorrah is knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Also, the interest rate I received was UNBEATABLE! Thanks PennyMac!

Marquisha Thompkins was a TEN- PERFECT :) If it was not for her i would have went to another mortgage co. PennyMac took for EVER and i understand C-19! But PennyMac (5/1/20 to 7/15/20) to simply refinance a with no money involved and they were my original mortgager! They already had my information! Then, i had to inform PennyMac that the specialist that was assigned to me, no longer worked for them, my paper work stood still for 3weeks, UNACCEPTABLE! Marquisha Thompkins IS GREAT! Thank you!
Communication was great with PennyMac. It was not difficult to call and get a hold of a representative anytime I had a question, which was clearly answered. This was my first refinance so there were a lot of questions, but PennyMac made it easy.
Never got call backs on the same day sometimes for a week. My monthly payments are higher still than the disclosures indicated. Still trying to communicate and not getting call backs. Very stressfull with closing dates pushed back. I still donthave answers!
Pennymac has lost its personal touch. I was just a number. Pennymac took on too much business at once. “Too big to feel.” As well as to think. Disappointing. Jane Riley was great and shadowed my progress. Rachel was nice. A “Beth”was good too. But PM made many assumptions about my knowledge of what they meant. It all worked out and PM was pretty generous financially at the end. I’m done. Thanks for asking. Ron Leininger
