Refinancing my home was way easier than when I purchased it. Everything went so smoothly and quick I almost felt like it wasn't even happening. Anytime I had a question, they were there to answer and they were so friendly. Didn't feel like going through a loan process at all.

Smooth experience, got shuffled around to a few different loan servicers throughout the process, but they all were able to quickly come up to speed on my account just by looking at notes and answered every question I had relatively simply.

Fees kept being added. The Notary came 3 times with documents needing signatures. The last one added more fees and left us short on money to do what we wanted with the refi.

Application process The beginning was great, towards the end of closing was poor, no communication of status of application, probably because of the pandemic or too much client for your staff to handle.

Our experience was fantastic! The refinance process was overall smooth and well communicated. Any emails sent to Jason was answered within 24 hrs via phone or email. Thank you so much!

Untimely responses Had a close date cancelled without any notice; I had to call the closing agent several times to find out it was cancelled. Up to date I do not have all the complete paperwork from the closing agent. Very poor communication overall. You guys need more improvement.
