Robert helped me through the entire process and made sure process moved along. Although we had a stall during process Robert really made a tremendous effort to fix the issue and get me to closing. Again I appreciate all your time and effort and helping me through this process and making sure my closing was perfect.
PennyMac was sold my original Mortgage when I purchased my home. I decided to give them a chance on the refinancing despite some initial issues with communication and timeliness providing support. But for the refinancing I really received great support and communication. A small scare when I received calm from closing company about delay on the day of closing. But a quick call to MyMACTeam rep and he was able to get it all cleared up corrected and on track for the original closing.

The main person I was working with ended up getting sick so that delayed the communication process a little. We were also not told that we needed a certain document from my previous sale until we were sitting at the title company trying to sign the loan
We were told there would be no closing costs when we applied for this streamline loan. In scheduling our closing we were told we needed to bring over $600 and at the actual closing we wrote a check for $785. The communication for this process and what our expectations were was not clear. It didn't break the bank, but that wasn't the point. If you aren't sure if there are closing costs don't sell that during the application process, and don't communicate a number you aren't sure of.
I was told that my funds would be in my bank account Friday or this morning and nothing is showing! I need these to be there today ASAP!

Every individual I’ve contracted throughout the refinancing process was very helpful, they took extra time to explain things if I had any questions or concerns.
