Improve ability to communicate with a person. Long wait times and messages left without a response from staff. Wrong county on documents was still there at closing. Notary email at closing has still not generated any response to me. Probably will delay tax exemption recordings.
Everything went as expected and was completed on time.
Our appraisal was significantly delayed. Our house appraised for $5000 less than asking. No one told us to show the additional $5000 in our bank account which we could have easily done. Consequently our closing was delayed. No one could tell us why The home we purchased was 2 hours from our home. I had to travel and stay 2 extra days to close. We finally were able to get through to an executive who analyzed the problem. The house was for my daughter as a rental. She needed a hotel also.
Smooth and easy process with kind, professional staff.
I had an awesome experience with Nick, our original contact. Once he handed us off to Rachel, it's been a mess. Before closing, we only talked once for her to introduce herself. To receive ANY info about our loan, I had to call over and over to get another agent. It was frustrating and extrememly unprofessional. Once we closed, our loan didn't fund for over 2 weeks. Rachel had no clue, until she finally called me after 4 emails and 2 voicemails.
