Reid Wright was first class and made this experience an absolute joy for us! He was always there when I needed him and had valuable information to share. I am usually a hard critic and Reid exceeded my expectations! This was our first time going through a refinance and he made this process error free! Penny Mac you should be lucky to have him. date and time of closing was not communicated well, date originally told that I was closing didn't happen and then I didn't receive the documents until the night before at 8pm and was told then where and what time to show up the next morning for closing. This really isn't acceptable and I had to push for the information all along the way.
