My experience with penny Mac was great. Everything was clear and people was great helping me in everything.
Improve ability to communicate with a person. Long wait times and messages left without a response from staff. Wrong county on documents was still there at closing. Notary email at closing has still not generated any response to me. Probably will delay tax exemption recordings.
Robert helped me through the entire process and made sure process moved along. Although we had a stall during process Robert really made a tremendous effort to fix the issue and get me to closing. Again I appreciate all your time and effort and helping me through this process and making sure my closing was perfect.
Overall, the experience was Great. Chemmorah took the time to answer all of my questions and ease a lot of anxiety that I was experiencing throughout the process. There was a small glitch at the end of the process that could have potentially pushed out closing by 2 days, but Chemmorah worked very hard to ensure closing on the afternoon of the original date. Thank you so much Chemmorah!
I had an awesome experience with Nick, our original contact. Once he handed us off to Rachel, it's been a mess. Before closing, we only talked once for her to introduce herself. To receive ANY info about our loan, I had to call over and over to get another agent. It was frustrating and extrememly unprofessional. Once we closed, our loan didn't fund for over 2 weeks. Rachel had no clue, until she finally called me after 4 emails and 2 voicemails.
Aida was good to deal with. All my negative experience was with Victor Martinez. Please send me a survey for him. I'm not going to type out all of my complaints. But feel free to call me
