Every thing that that we needed done it was done, we just had to wait little long for some paper work but other wise everything was great and it was done.

The refinance process with PennyMac exceeded my expectations. All the employees we worked with were friendly, communicative and easy to work with.
Everyone i talked to were great to communicate with! they were very clear on all explanations and were very willing to help if i had questions. the only problem was it took a very long time to get my final documents to close. i reached out for several weeks for some type of communication of where i am at on the closing before I was contacted back. Even though this happened your employees and PennyMac in my opinion are very good to work with!
Very unorganized. Closing process was nessed up multiple times, dates wrong, paperwork wong, cancellations, etc. Communication was bad. It would take days to get a call returned.

Not closing on time and giving the same answer to me every time I call about the loan and not doing anything.
Great service fast turnaround time was done a month earlier than originally suggested. Love that service.
