Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Answered all of my questions and made the process very easy.
Estimates for monthly payment at the beginning of the process were way off. The information that was incorrectly estimated by penny Mac agents up front (property taxes) is public information that anyone can look up so I was not expecting they were using a number hundreds of percent lower than the real figure. This made the process up front seem misleading.
If my loan advisor would’ve accurately communicated with me through the process the closing cost and properly explained rather than me having to call and talk to a random pennymac loan advisor and find out that I even had a closing cost the day prior to closing. The closing date changed three times and every time documents were requested from me that without a doubt should’ve been requested at the beginning of the process. Their were so many issues theirs not enough space to write it all.
