Too many people working on one loan. Items not updated soon enough. Too many hands.
From beginning to end I have great customer service from my loan team. I had constant communication from them. They ensured all my questions were answered and followed up to ensure everything was done in a prompt manner! I am extremely please with their professionalism and all the help they provided!
Jessica was a great loan originator. She was knowledgeable and communicated in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend PennyMac.
If a little bit of professionalism is shown by this specific person will at least be worth refinancing my loan. It took many email and calls before she got the numbers right, made multiple errors in my documents and made me feel like I am a nuisance for asking her to provide the correct information. I should have gone through another loan services other than PennyMac because of this one loan agent. Had such a bad experience.

Given the market was hot with new purchases and refinances, I felt like my refinance was getting lost in the shuffle. Janette and the team were trying hard, but information kept getting forgotten. I reminded the team on multiple separate occasions that our loan would have no escrow/impounds, but still paperwork came to me showing escrow amounts, even up until the end. Additionally our loan closing appointment was cancelled and we received no notice of this change, the push back to another week..
