The process took much longer than we anticipated based off what was initially told to us. Prior to Gina's help, we had been lead to believe that our credit card payments would be satisfied and that we didn't need to make our monthly minimums. However the timeframe kept being extended despite our providing documents in a very timely and efficient manner to the point that our loan didn't fund for another month despite being told it'd only take another week when we finally were put into Gina's care
All the participants in my process were very helpful; verified all my questions; and were so considerate and professional. Thank you for a jobs well done.

Big thanks to the entire PennyMac team, especially Lori Gibson for going above and beyond during the entire loan process. Communication was clear and straight forward, everything went as expected.
The lady kept telling me that me and my wife needed to sign the eDisclosures for the loan even though she was not on the loan. The penny mac lady put the responsibility on me to call back and forth to support to figure it out myself saying “none of her other clients had this issue”. After multiple calls to support and other numbers it was determined she just didn’t know about the new system. Getting in contact with anyone was slow and difficult. Call backs would take days, or not at all

We were supposed to close at the end of October originally but our documents must have fallen through the cracks and they had to restart the process all over again. I was originally told I would receive what was in the escrow account since we were putting a new escrow account into our loan and I haven't seen that yet so I'm not sure if that's actually happened or not. I sent a message about it and did not get a response. Otherwise, everybody was very nice.
