There was a lot of miscommunication between the closure date and the closure statement that needed to be signed by my wife which was sent to her email, and when she tried to go to her email to sign it, the system instead took her to another window option that asked her questions as if she was the one trying to do a refinance loan. We also got a phone call that our closing was going to be on the 10/30th/2020 when the appointment for the closing was already scheduled on 10/23rd/2020.
My experience with PennyMac representatives was professional, painless, and quite pleasant every step of the way. From my first conversation with a loan officer all the way through processing and closing, the process was clear and concise. I would highly recommend PennyMac as a mortgage company.

It was a great experience overall!
It was a painless process and saved us $30,000 over the life of the loan. One telephone call, a few emails and a visit at our home from a very pleasant notary to do the paperwork. No appraisal or out of pocket closing costs. Nice patient folks ready to answer any question.
To many people to deal with and when a new person took over there was no continuity from employees.
You required thatbtounpay my property taxes 2 month earlier than required and then required proof I have the funds to transfer the funds to you when funds were already transferred.
I had actually been working with another company but could not understand why it was costing so much to refinance. I called my current mortgage company (you) and I’m so thankful I did. Not only did Tiera *shop* for the best mortgage options for me, she explained everything in detail. I’ve never had this level of support. I will refer all of my friends to Pennymac and specifically Tiera Green-Mabson. She was fantastic to work with.
Hesham and Timothy are PennyMac team were phenomenal! They guided us through the process and were very helpful and answered any questions that we may have had. Very professional I would recommend Penny Mac to anyone who needs a home loan or a refinance.
