There was a lot of miscommunication between the closure date and the closure statement that needed to be signed by my wife which was sent to her email, and when she tried to go to her email to sign it, the system instead took her to another window option that asked her questions as if she was the one trying to do a refinance loan. We also got a phone call that our closing was going to be on the 10/30th/2020 when the appointment for the closing was already scheduled on 10/23rd/2020.
The loan officer Gina outstanding and the process was fast.
Brandon was amazing!!!!!! Coming from someone who was nervous coming in to this process as a first timer refinancing and not the best when it comes to financing terms, Brandon couldn't have made me feel more comfortable and assured throughout the process. I couldn't thank him enough for all his help. Give this man a raise!!!!
It was a great experience overall!
It was a painless process and saved us $30,000 over the life of the loan. One telephone call, a few emails and a visit at our home from a very pleasant notary to do the paperwork. No appraisal or out of pocket closing costs. Nice patient folks ready to answer any question.

too many people involved and no one person to over see the process had to determine what part of the process was the problem and reach out to them process to refi took 3mos all the people i delt with were very friendly the communication was difficult email is the comms of choice of the company and it wasn't timely lost the signed documents, not Pmac fault however, pmac notified me they were charging a late fee overall Joya is a wonderful person and did get back quickly thank you Joya
Slow processing not a lot of communication at the beginning. But got a lot better at the end when Brandon was the contact person.
I thank all that made this process quick and easy.
