Ceista was great. She helped me through the entire process and was there anytime I had questions or concerns.

My interactions with Brandon were fine it is Tracey we had many issues. Also had issue with 2 people being on the loan and people not knowing it. Multiple requests for documents that I emailed which makes me nervous. Your system for looking at documents has an upload section but we were told not to use it. Your system was not the most user friendly. As well as the secured emails from Tracey. It should have been a smooth process as we had all docs from a re-if we just finished.
The overall process was great and the loan was closed on time with the best rates.
Amanda Rowe is the best. Really enjoyed working with her. She made this process super smooth and was able to address all of my concerns. Thank you Amanda!
