From beginning to end, the PennyMac representative and team were extremely helpful with everything. They were consistent with their communication and were able to help navigate the process with us being out of the state. My interactions with Brandon were fine it is Tracey we had many issues. Also had issue with 2 people being on the loan and people not knowing it. Multiple requests for documents that I emailed which makes me nervous. Your system for looking at documents has an upload section but we were told not to use it. Your system was not the most user friendly. As well as the secured emails from Tracey. It should have been a smooth process as we had all docs from a re-if we just finished.

My experience with PennyMac representatives was professional, painless, and quite pleasant every step of the way. From my first conversation with a loan officer all the way through processing and closing, the process was clear and concise. I would highly recommend PennyMac as a mortgage company.
