For starters, the initial request to start a refinance, my phone wouldn't stop ringing due to wanting to get the deal. after that and the initial paperwork was done, i couldn't get a hold of anybody through email or phone. i would get random calls at different times of the night. i probably sent over 10-20 emails that still have not been answered to this date. i was very unsatisfied with the lack of customer service.

I understand with this medical situation a lot is being done at home and not at the office and is slower getting done, but I felt that one person did not know what the other was doing, or was slow on getting paper work from one person to another and then working with the title company was not going well between them and PennyMac. It almost caused me to not close when I was suppose to.
Attention to detail was impressive and prompt. It was obvious the great effort your team made to communicate keeping me posted.
When I was able to get a hold of the account managers on my account, then I could have a personal dialog and better understand the process. It was not always easy to get a person via email, so a phone call was better.
