Easy to follow - quicker than expected results - great service
When we refinanced our home. PennyMac was very fast on moving it along. They’re great people who will help you through and make sure you understand what is happening.
I emailed the customer support email I was given and no one responded. I left a voicemail to a number I was given in an email. And no one called me back.
It all went well, except that it took a lot longer than expected. Process began with Application submission on 7/28/20 and closing was on 10/15/20. Not that big of a deal for me as I was simply waiting on the process.
After signing closing documents...I had lingering questions and left 4 msgs with my assigned processing officer with no call back. In addition, left a msg with the supervisor and again no call back. In the end, my questions were answered through several communication attempts with customer service. I also understand with rate being this low they are all busy.
