Everything was excellent up to the final week. I didn't get the final closing disclosure after I submitted the last requested documentation, so I didn't know what the final cash to close amount was. On closing day I had to contact the escrow agent to see how much money we needed that day.
Lori Gibson was assigned to our loan and was very good, but she was assigned at the zeroth hour after weeks of mismanagement.

I had the best experience working with Ryan and Michael at PennnyMac. They answered all my questions and made the entire process stress free. Plus, I was always able to get a hold of Ryan at anytime if I had questions. A BIG thank you to Ryan and the entire team. I am extremely happy and pleased with the customer service and the timely closing of the loan.
Tsia was very helpful. We had a problem with the closing agent and she handled the situation immediately getting a second closing agent so that we could close the same day.
