My first loan officer was terrible, started the process at the end of May and did not close untilthe end of Octiber. Luckily Jeannette took over and tbe while process went smooth from there. If she had not taken over, i would have used a different company.

Tiera Green-Mabson was great and did her utmost in getting this loan to the finish line! She was prompt, efficient,& went above and beyond to keep my business! She deserves accolades and a raise!!! The loan officer was less than adequate. The initial consultation sounded great however there was no follow-through and the terms and process did not turn out as stated. Typical salesperson mentality. Dismayed that I did not stay with my long-time broker who I have a trusted relationship.
