Daily communication with the loan process leading up to closing. Either phone, text, or email would suffice. Keeping all the parties involved in the sale (agents, escrow, title) updated.

My first loan officer was terrible, started the process at the end of May and did not close untilthe end of Octiber. Luckily Jeannette took over and tbe while process went smooth from there. If she had not taken over, i would have used a different company.
