My payment was lowered and they help with an issue I was having with my Escrow.
Tiera Green-Mabson was great and did her utmost in getting this loan to the finish line! She was prompt, efficient,& went above and beyond to keep my business! She deserves accolades and a raise!!! The loan officer was less than adequate. The initial consultation sounded great however there was no follow-through and the terms and process did not turn out as stated. Typical salesperson mentality. Dismayed that I did not stay with my long-time broker who I have a trusted relationship.
All of my dealings with PennyMac have been superb. I would highly recommend the service to others. It's one reason why I chose to stick with this lender as opposed to others for the refinance, due to the hospitality and the interaction that I received. I would highly recommend.
Communication was great. I understood every step of the process. Tsia contacted me when changes were made and I really appreciated her professionalism.
