Tiera Green-Mabson was great and did her utmost in getting this loan to the finish line! She was prompt, efficient,& went above and beyond to keep my business! She deserves accolades and a raise!!! The loan officer was less than adequate. The initial consultation sounded great however there was no follow-through and the terms and process did not turn out as stated. Typical salesperson mentality. Dismayed that I did not stay with my long-time broker who I have a trusted relationship.

All of my dealings with PennyMac have been superb. I would highly recommend the service to others. It's one reason why I chose to stick with this lender as opposed to others for the refinance, due to the hospitality and the interaction that I received. I would highly recommend.

My loan processor, Timothy was amazing in so many ways. He always answered his phone, did his very best to answer any and all questions I had. He was very friendly, and professional and went the extra mile to help me. When he needed answers elsewhere, there was not always somebody to help. It was also nearly impossible for him and I to reach our loan officer when there were additional questions in regards to the loan. It was not the best experience, took so long, but Timothy was wonderful!!!
