Gina was fairly consistent with weekly updates, even on the weekends, which I really appreciated. It took a while to close but I know why and Gina stayed in touch which made me feel confident things were moving despite the delays. She was very friendly and I felt like she cared.

In these challenging times dealing with COVID-19, taking the steps to refinance my house was a bit scary and I wasn't sure if it was the right thing to do. I took the leap and was so surprised at how easy the process to refinance was via the phone and email. I really miss working face to face with people but Nicholas Mayer is an excellent agent and I highly recommend him for everyone to work with! Thank you PennyMac!! Thank you Nicholas Mayer!!

First, Andrea was great, but I only had interaction for the last week or so, as the person previously assigned to my file was no longer with PennyMac. My experience with that individual ( Marques Lusk?) Was mediocre at best and tarnished my entire perspective of the process with PennyMac. I would have never expected a refi with my current lender to take over 100 days. I also would expect the associates working my file and pushing things through do more than check the box. Good riddens.
