The entire process was exceptional and transparent from start to finish. All my questions were addressed immediately and Daniel made sure before hanging up each call, to ask if he had answered all my questions and if he doesn't have the answer, he gets the answer and follow up the same day. He also thanked me for my service as a vet and made us feel like valued customers.
Our whole experience with penny Mac was more then unsatisfactory. Benjamin was always very vague and never communicated with us what he needed and/or was waiting on. Our closing date change multiple times resulting in my husband and I need to take off work, move deliveries set to arrive at our new home. Benjamin seemed to have no clue what was going on with the whole process. A few days before our 3rd closing date he quit working for the company. So much more needs to be said on how bad it was.
Christine was prompt and forthful and sincere.
Have the documents correct the first time, not the 4th time. Close on the originally scheduled closing date.
The professionalism of every PennyMac representative that communicated with me. Each person I spoke with made me feel special.
Title company requested the documents multiple times for closing a whole week prior to closing with no response. Once I found out that my loan processor was fired I was told that the Manager, Ray Maroki, would contact me that day but that never happened. I was left in the dark for a whole 24 hours. Ray contacted me day of closing and tried to make it right but didn’t. A lousy $281 credit doesn’t cover 3 days of hotel stays with pets among $169 for an additional month of storage unit rent.
It all went as smoothly as possible.
Carolyn Monson was great! She was caring and sympathetic to our situation and went the extra mile for us. Her combination of professional know how and caring heart was much appreciated.
We did not close on the expected date and the reason was not clearly communicated with us. Our team was unreachable and our email and phone requests were unanswered.
