Elizabeth was outstanding. Always there answering questions the best she could. But the loan officer was impossible to get ahold of. The process started out good & ended somewhat smoothly & Elizabeth was outstanding & did all she could. But the loan officer made it confusing & it makes me question how it all worked out. Im close to payment I wanted & got interest rated i wanted so Im not really upset but not sure if money got lost somewhere either. Cause the math doesn't add up to me.

This has been the best Refinance experience we have had. From the first person we spoke to, to the closing, everything went smoothly and no unexpected surprises. We received answers and education on all questions asked and all representatives were forthright, honest and pleasant. A complete pleasure to work with you all.
