This was a very pleasant experience and would recommend PennyMac to anyone looking to finance a home.
Better communication. Quicker turn around. Not having a closing cancelled on you three times. Not having to constantly submit documents. Not having to have documents recertified. Many things went wrong from day one. Only escalated when it was time to finally close. Still very dissatisfied with the whole process and the lack of communication from my Mac team.
Pennymac moved quickly and accurately processing my loan. This was a painless experience and would recommend using Pennymac.
