My Loan Officer was great to work with. She always was their to field my questions and if she wasn't available when I called she got back to me in a timely fashion. It may have taken a little longer than we originally expected to finalize, but Brittany always kept the communication open and gave me updates weekly if not more often. Overall the process went smoothly and efficiently

This was my first time refinancing and everyone involved was very patient with me through its completion. Jenny German in particular was very kind and helpful in all emails and calls we had. Better communication. Quicker turn around. Not having a closing cancelled on you three times. Not having to constantly submit documents. Not having to have documents recertified. Many things went wrong from day one. Only escalated when it was time to finally close. Still very dissatisfied with the whole process and the lack of communication from my Mac team.
