My Loan Officer was great to work with. She always was their to field my questions and if she wasn't available when I called she got back to me in a timely fashion. It may have taken a little longer than we originally expected to finalize, but Brittany always kept the communication open and gave me updates weekly if not more often. Overall the process went smoothly and efficiently
Very easy to close was very happy with my Penny Mac experience
That they never had the right amount for the Closing. They were not firm on the Closing date. They change amount of the closing fee 3 times. And the Closing 3 times. As for Mr.Max Mitchell, He is and Asset to your Bank. Great Loan Officer. His staff were great too. The problem was at Headquarters.
I have no issue with PennyMac, but please stop using covid as an excuse for delays.

Antonio was really helpful and was kind to me eavry time I had a questions he would have a answer always with a great attitude,thank you Tony and Penny mac.
Communication was very good... closing closing was on time ,the only thing the closing costs were more than I originally was told when I filled out the vacation. Other wise no complaints .
Overall, the process was okay but there were some miscommunications throughout and it took 3 months from start to finish. Some of that was due to the number people refinancing at once but my loan officer was very responsive and worked quickly to rectify issues and find answers.
