Overall, the process was okay but there were some miscommunications throughout and it took 3 months from start to finish. Some of that was due to the number people refinancing at once but my loan officer was very responsive and worked quickly to rectify issues and find answers.
The people with Penny Mac was great to work with
I had a great experience with other loan agencies. This one was very frustrating and wrong information given. Would not recommend.
