great experiance
Better and more consistent communication, not acting without our permission on decisions, far better timeliness, and more accurate paperwork would have contributed to a better experience. Tabitha and Icenia were very helpful at getting things back on track multiple times, but some of the other people and partners involved made things extremely difficult.
Our process took 60 days to close. Summayah was great. The website is confusing and not user friendly
