Better and more consistent communication, not acting without our permission on decisions, far better timeliness, and more accurate paperwork would have contributed to a better experience. Tabitha and Icenia were very helpful at getting things back on track multiple times, but some of the other people and partners involved made things extremely difficult.

When a problem occurred with amount needed for closing -- the problem was handled professionally and quickly and followed up on immediately. Everyone has things that go wrong -- it is how it is handled that makes or breaks. Issue was handled very promptly!! Very good team!

The people were friendly and I appreciate that however, there were a good bit of mistakes made, requests not met, and it wasn’t done in a timely manner.

I did not know if the notary was still coming. She came way later and she did not bring two sets of closing documents. And please explain the process more and detailed information. The process was fine, everyone was curteous and updated me, just miscommunication at the end between notary and title company.

Brent and Cameron made is great. These people are two assets the Penny Mac will not want to loose. They have amazing customer service and a great knowledge of the entire refinancing experience. I also love that they had such amazing communication with one another to satisfy my needs
