The first loan processing agent we had did a poor job of communicating, we had emailed and told him upfront about changes to the loan app desired after the appraisal came in, and he failed to update the loan docs for almost two months. And he kept trying to get us to close on the original loan. Finally they got the loan docs updates, and we stopped getting updates from the processing agent. Once Ajanay Cummings was assigned everything went great!
I did not know if the notary was still coming. She came way later and she did not bring two sets of closing documents. And please explain the process more and detailed information. The process was fine, everyone was curteous and updated me, just miscommunication at the end between notary and title company.
The loan processor should be professional and respectful to customers, and not only at beginning when there are no questions or requests. The loan processor should have disclosed costs and payments clearly and accurately. The loan processor should not attempt to assert and impede the flexibility and customer support of the loan originator, who was very helpful throughout the process.
